Community of Practice?

Self-forming local Communities of Practice (CoPs) have emerged as regional forums where owners, designers, engineers, contractors, trades and suppliers meet, share experience, learn and connect. The invitation to engage with a CoP is open to all project participants to explore Lean approaches, processes and tools as catalysts for transformation with their own organizations and the larger industry.
